Raised in a small town just east of Temple, Rogers, Texas, Gail always loved meeting new people and with her focus on helping those in need, Gail started her career as a full-time REALTOR in March of 2000. Having raised one daughter, Amber Washburn, Gail is the proud grandmother (Nene) to three beautiful (and talented) granddaughters. Through her career Gail has served on several boards and won many titles to include; Secretary & Director of the Temple-Belton Board of Realtors, ALC committee of her last Keller Williams office-also qualifying for her current office, Gail has worked hard from the beginning winning the "Rookie" of the Year for the Century 21 Central Area Division, Silver Award selected by the New Home Builders, "Realtor of the Year" voted by popular vote through the local Newspaper. Gail has worked hard to earn the Accredited Buyers Representative Designation, The Certified Residential Specialist Designation (the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents), and Gail also has been awarded the Military Accredited Buyers Representative Designation.
